Work out at gym

Many people in the world said that “Sport is good for health

and good health not sell ,if you need it you must do it by yourself". I really trust this statement so I exercise every morning in weekday at gym more than 3 years. Normally I start

with the cardio program about 30 minutes running and follow by

work out program to build my body muscle. Final step I have 20 minutes stretching process with yoga workout. Someday I swim 20 minutes additional. I was recommended day to day program by personal trainee and Mens’ Health magazine. Finally I adjust the proper program by myself.

It’s no wonder , the best results are good health and develop self discipline coz I have to motivate myself when I was bored and lazy in any mornings . Moreover I find many new friends who love sport at gym.

For who is interested in workout. You don't have to join a gym or buy fancy gear. The only equipment you need is a good pair of shoes, socks, shorts and a T-shirt. You can jog in a local park, just lace up and step out your front door.

I think this song has a good meaning and can approach to heartbreaker's mood especially people who love someone to be owned. The single and its accompanying video tell the story about a boy who is in love with another guy's girlfriend. The first sentence of this song " I shouldn't love you but i want to I just can't turn away " I like its a lot. When I listen its first time I cried because I can undersand a heartbreak guy's mind in this song well.

I think this song is very romantic and the rhythm is sweet-sounding. sThe singer is Celine Dion who has a good sound. Her voice makes this song had a power that help me can feel the emotion of music. “Tears in Heaven” is a master piece of Eric Clapton and I love this song for 2 reasons. First, Clapton is my favorite singer, he is one of the most famous classic rockers of all time. Another reason is he wrote this song from his pain regarding the death of his four years old son, Conor, who fell from a window of the apartment in New York. This is very emotional and I heard that he cried when he sang the song the first time.

The song reminds me that everyone I love and have passed on, I will have a chance to meet them again in heaven. However, life must go on no matter how painful it might be. The song makes me realize that I should make each days worth for living while the song reflects pain and sadness and life. My favourite sport is batminton. I like to play batminton because it is easy to play. I begin to play it around 10 years old. At that time, I cannot play it but I always practise it. Until now, I can play it but not very well. One reason that I like to play it is I can play batminton only one and I cannot play other sports. For example, I cannot play any sports such as football, basketball, volleyball. I don't know any rules or tactics in sports games and I don't understand them. For me, I think it's hard to understand and play it so I don't want to play other sports. Almost every week I play batminton with my freinds in the gym at my university. It's very fun and I can exercise together. It make me have a good health. Another advantage is I can make freinds when I play batminton. I know other athletes from play sports and I feel closely with my freinds. Sometimes, after playing batminton my freinds and I will have dinner together. I feel very happy. Therefore, I like to play batminton very much and it's my favourite sport.

Badminton is excellent sport to help me.The first reason is that it helped me to get into Chulalongkorn University.I got into Chulalongkorn University by athlete project that it was test for athlete completed conditions only.Another reason is that my body will look better.Badminton is perfect for staying trim and healthy-looking and it's more fun than dieting.In addition,my heart will be healthier.A good,strong heart is necessary for a long,healthy life.Finally,badminton reduces stress and keep my mind in shape.To sum up,for these reasons,Badminton is the most outstanding for me.

My favorite sport is shooting. Last 2 years, I had the chance to take a shooting course. First, Coach taught me to find a handgun that is proper for me. After that he taught me introduction to handgun shooting that include the safety shooting fundamentals which were important personal responsibility for my safety and the safety of others. In this course, I had to shoot in 3 styles and 5 position; lie on, sit down and stand on the grass in 60 metres, 50 metres, 25 metres, 15 metres and 7 metres. When the course finished, I had a test which the scores I got were based on the time taken to shoot so I had to be alert all times. For me, shooting is a challenged sport. That is because I have to be concentrated on my gun and my target when I shoot. If I have more time to practice, I will have a sharp shooting and get good scores. The above reason make me love shooting and shooting is my favorite sport.

Kob's favorite sport

I am not a good athlete because I am not good at any sports. However, badminton is only one sport that I love to play even though I can not play very well. I started to play badminton since I was 10. I continue to play until now. I play badminton twice a week with my colleague. I think playing badminton can help me release the stress from work or something that make me feel bad. Moreover, it can make me healthy and my body is more flexible. I can move faster and concentrate with something I am doing. I think I will continue play badminton and keep my body fit for playing sport I love as long as possible.

I like to swim because it strengthen my body. Nevertheless, my most favorite sport to watch is football. I have watched football matches since I was very young. Liverpool FC is my most favorite team. I feel exciting evey times that I watch Liverpool FC playing. I also used to see their match at Anfield, the home stadium in Liverpool, UK. I can still remember 11 red suits was running on the bright green pitch surrounded with the cop, Liverpool FC fans, who were cheering up and singing "You will never walk alone", Liverpool FC's theme song. When there was the final whistle Liverpool FC beat Bolton wanderer 3-0. I will always cheer up for Liverpool FC even at present day they are caught the ploblem with unpleasent match results becaues I believe that If we have enough determination, we will return to achieve finally.

I was born in the Royal Thai Navy family, so my favorite sport is swimming. I can swim since I was young. I lived in Amphawa and have swum in the Mae Klong River. After we’ve moved to Sttahip, my house was closed to the sea side too. When I moved to Bangkok I went to swim in the swimming pool and I don’t like it. I have not enough space to swim. When I have got a back pain, my doctor advises me to swim as much as I can. My lovely husband makes the small swimming pool for me in our house. Now I can swim everyday and have space enough, no time, no limit and no execution for me to do my favorite sport.

I have the new activity to release my depression as well. I take a dancing course and it makes me really fresh. Last Sunday, I found the new way to combine my both favorite sports together. I danced in the swimming pool with my lovely dog. It made me fun and I feel very happy. After danced I swam while was listing the Sway Dance music. Can you imagine how do I feel? Sport is not the only activity to make me relax but also can make my day fresh and joyful too.

There are many reasons that make swimming is my favourite sport. First, I feel happy everytimes when I bought a beautiful swimming suit and I have a chance to wear it. Mostly of them is two-piece I think it's proper for me than others. Second, swimming can exercise every part of my body, so I'm feel fit & firm when I swim about twice a week. I can swim every type but free style is the best type that I can do. Normally, I'll swim at the swimming pool of my university or a fitness club near my home. Last, when I swim I didn't have sweat and feel fresh in cold water.
From above reasons I think swimming is the best sport for a lot of people especially me. If you have a free time you should not forget to tried it.

My favourite movie is Titanic. Titanic is a romantic story about a rich girl and a poor boy. Titanic is a name of giant ship that is high expensive to travel. This movie is about a rich girl, her name is Rose. She was born in a wealthy family. She want to have a freedom life but she can't do that because she must be in her mother's rules. Her mother want her married to a rich guy but she don't love him. When she meet Jack, a poor man, who has freestyle in his life, she can do everything that she want. She feel free so she feel very happy when she stay with Jack. Finally, they fell in love but it is impossible. Later, this ship crash into the iceberg and will sink in the sea. They jump into the sea but Jack can't remain in cold water. Jack die because he want his lover can servive and have a good life in the future. In the end, Rose, is one hundred years old, come back at ruins of Titanic and tell about her loved to her daughter. Titanic is a good memory in her life that she meet a good guy and she love him very much. This movie is very fun. It was produce by professional director and the actors can play very well. I like to see scene of Titanic that is good pictures. When I see this movie I feel sad about unlovable and I don't want Jack die. However, although I feel unhappy but I like to see it very much. To sum up, Titanic is my favourite movie.

I love to see a movie on free time and my most favorite movie is about a great talented assassin. I and Matt Damon, the star who role leading actor had never known his actual name until it had been appeared in the second episode, SUPREAMACY.
At the beginning of the movie, the assassin was rescued from the ocean by fishermen. After a fisherman take a few bullets out from his back, he woke up and realized that he had lost memories.
Every step he tried to memorize his IDENTITY, he had founded that there are more and more hazard because some other slayers were trying to find and kill him! Nevertheless, each slayer who attempted to kill him was fall his mission and it had been gradually uncovering his lethal talent until ULTIMATUM.
My most impression for this movie is there are a lot of beautiful sceneries from cities around the world including Paris, Rome, Amsterdam and Moscow. This movie also has the most romantic movie scene which you can see in the first episode when the assassin tried to change his partner appearance by gently cut her hair in a small room of old-fashion hotel in Paris.

One thing that I like to do in my freetime is watching movies because it makes me feel relax. My favorite movie style is romantic comedy, so my favorite movie is How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. The two principle stars Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey were great as their roles as Ben and Andie.
Benjamin is an advertising executive competing with his co-workers for a major campaign for a diamond merchant, bets that he can make a woman of their choice fall in love with him in 10 days. At the same time, Andie is a journalist, who is writing a story on how to lose a guy in 10 days as a bet with her boss to be allowed to write more substantial stories. Neither Andie nor Ben reveal their true intentions. Andie acts in a possessive way. She puts Ben through various experiences to make him quickly break up with her but Ben sticks around in order to make her fall in love with him. This movie was a funny and charming romantic comedy so I actually like it very much.

"The Phantom of the Opera" is my favorite movie. It was a musical movie which adapted from a novel written by french writer. The Phantom of the Opera was a musical which is the longest running Broadway show in history. The plot of this movie is about a young Swedish soprano head to the theatre with hopes of a celebrity opera singer. With the help of the phantom of the theater who heard the melodious sound of her and falls in love with her, he offered to help teach her singing and do everything that she has been singing to the theater. However, this young Swedish soprano falled in love with her old childhood friend. This makes the ghost does not satisfy and kidnaps her. Her old childhood friend needs to fight and do everything to get her back. I prefer to see the musical movies because it makes me feel that whenever I see them, I can see the movie and listen to the music at the same time. Although many musicals was shown as a movie, such as The Sound of music Evita or Mourin Rough, but the great scenes and sweet songs of this movie made me fascinated and impressed. From this reason, my favorite movie is "The Phantom of the Opera".

Most of my closed friends and colleges who have seen it said “It’s good movie… and very pretty Kris”
I saw this movie with my friend at Paragon Cineplex last week. Both of us are so fun but in the second half of the movie I cried because it has the tragedy scene and dialog meanwhile my friend laugh me. So embarrassed !!!
The other my favorite movie is“Mamma Mia”. It is base song of Abba . It’s the musical and was adapted as a film. 30 millions guys worldwide have seen it and love it ( refer to Wikipedia). The story takes place on a Greek island. The location is very wonderful and Meryl Streep and Pierce Brosnan act so good and so impressive. The musical includes Mamma Mia, Dancing Queen, Honey Honey, Money Money Money, Voulez Vous , Super Trouper are the best seller album.

When I have a freetime,I go to the movie with my friends.I like the most comedy and fantasy movie style when I watch it,I felt happy and imaginable about movie in the end.Bed time story is my favorite movie of comedy.The story is about himself as the owner of quaint hotel that is also ran by himself and his 2 children.The daughter, at 12 years old is very serious minded . And the son, at 10 years old, has a wondrous imagination that will take him anywhere.After work,he send them into bed and they ask him to read a story.He refuses to read then and instead makes up his own story which his thinking that real. Model around his own life.The fist story,it is six fixalot and his rival Sir Buttkiss.For next story,it's about Ferrari from native American cheif.The next day,he determines that it is only the changes made by the children that affect reality.He made about his love story but the children do not coordinate.They enjoy to make story contrast with his love story really.Some time later he marries with his honey.It's happy ending by the children.This movie was funny when I watched finish.I felt relax and happy.I like this movie really.

“Shall We Dance” my inspiration movie.

If you are wondering where to find inspiration, you can find it everywhere you look. I’ve got my inspiration since I had seen the movie “Shall We Dance?”. This movie has many things I love such as my favorite superstar Richard Gere. The music, songs and melody that bug in me. Finally, John Clark and his life in the movie makes me impressed. My inspiration comes after I had seen the movie.

Richard Gere plays John Clark who has a perfect life. He loves his wife and his daughters. He has a successful career as a lawyer too. His life is almost perfect, nothing new for him, everything is always the same routine. One evening on his way home, he gets off his train and begins his dance lessons. His life has changed, he has found a new world. I find my answer that how to make my life fresh and joyful from him. I have a perfect life and do the routine jobs, no activities and nothing new in my point of view. I’ve learned from the movie that a perfect life is not something to fulfill my happy life. So I decide to take a dancing course and hope that this course can make me happy like Richard Gere in the movie too.

The music, songs and melody in the movie make me alert and happy all the time. All the music in the movie are familiar to me and I can catch up the meanings. I would like to dance whenever I have seen the movie or listened to the music as well. I can smile with myself every time that I hear the music. His life in the movie is almost the same as mine. I have a perfect life, but still feel lonely. My three sons have grown up and have their own activities as teenagers. So I have my three dogs around me every night. I feel depressed and enjoy eating, then I gain weight. My doctor said I should lose weight at least 10 kgs. Each of person has different hobby but watching movie becomes the popular hobby for everyone in this century.
Watching movie is the best hobby for me and there are many movies that I like either TV series or films. Personally, I prefer the style of movies like romantic, murder and investigate.

Mod, the youngest son in my family, he is 18 years old. He looks very cute and too fat eventhough he plays football on a regular basis. Mod just came back from New Zealand as an exchange student and he is going to gain admission to a university this year. He takes the examination for SAT, CU Teb, TU Get, CU-AAT and Smart One every week. He intends on studing in the Faculty of Economics and I hope he will be successful because he trys so hard.

It stands for BA in Language and Culture. I was very lucky to get in this program since i am not an international student. Most of the time i learn English, Film and theatre appreciation and History of Western Arts. Those are my major, however i also study Chinese as my minor elective subject. During my first month in the faculty i feel little uneasy because i have to adapt myselfe to fit in with the international program learning system. For instance, the teacher speaks in English all the time and i have to convay my opinion in English too. This wouldn't be a problem if i don't have to raise opinion that much, but in my field of study i found that everything involve with my point of view. Due to the fact that i have to watch some abstract film in order to write a review and i also have to read lot of novel to discuss with friends in the classroom. In the future, i think of myself as a psychologist who could help other people inner problems.

My name is Nuttaya Sanlekanun.My nickname is Fon.I was born in thailand,Bangkok.My mother and my father work in State Enterprises.I have one brother and he studies at Thumasat University.I came from Satriwithaya school.Now, I'm studying in Culalongkorn University and my faculty is Economics.When I was 8 years old,I have begun to play badminton.So I get into university by athlete project.In january,I have to competition between university.If I will win in the competition, I recieve privilege which is free in tuition fee.In future,I hope to study master's degree in Chulalongkornuniversity too.Then I graduate frome Chulalongkorn university, I hope to work in PPT.When I recive the first salary, I will bring to my parents.My parent will prod of me.

I'm Sudarat Charoengatemongkol,gradutated from Chulalongkorn University in Master Degree , Political Science. Now i work at Burda (Thailand) Co., Ltd., the publishing company, as the Marketing Manager that responsible for HELLO! magazine.

My favorite hobbies are travel and reading. Australia trip was my most favorite journey that i 've stayed there for half a month in last two years. This country is very beautiful and calm especially in Melbourne.

This year i am planning to go to Vietnam for half a month with my close friend. Exploring Vietnam from North to South is waiting us. Vietnam have several food, different culture and good view. I think 30K is enough for this trip.

By the way the other plan if my friend cann't take leave 15 days , we will travel in North of Thailand from Utraladit to Prae and Nan. Nan is in the East of North that 's natural country and far from the stranger.

However my ultimale trip is Cheq . Prak and Kumroff city is very beautiful and fastinating.

My name is Nualmanee Bhu-anantanondh. Everyone can call me Tuk. I have 1 younger sister. I live with my family on Sukhumwit road. I graduated Bachelor and Master degrees from faculty of law, Chulalongkorn university and gratuated The Thai Bar from The Thai Bar Assosiation. I'm now a police officer. I did't work in the police station but I work at Metropolitan Police Bureau which is the head office of all police stations in Bangkok. My work is about the legal inquiry. I have to give some legal opinions to the inquiry officers when they have any legal problems from making any cases take place in their police station's area. I think I love this job because it related with my study field. Moreover, I think my work can help any people who have problems too.

I am Apichart Chomboon. I work in Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning. My work is to make comprehensive plan of the city. Planning the city is similar to planning your home. Before you build your sweet home your have to plan it first. In order to make you home more functionable, durable and beautiful, it is better to ask an architect. My job is like an architect of your city. However, planning the city is much harder than planning home because there are a lot of people living in the city, there is a very large urban area and there are a lot of problems about social, economic, political and environmental aspects. Even my work is more complicated, I will try to do my best because I love to see people living in our own city together share their smiles and friendship like the name of my city, Bangkok, Thailand as "Siam Muang Yim" which it means "Thailand, the land of smiles."

After I finished my master degree, I've got a job in Ministry of Science and Techonolgy as a project analyst. I really love my job because I can use all of my knowledge that I learned from the university. I have a chance to work with many great scientists in Thailand and meet some worldclass famous researchers. My name is Chayarom Sivakul but my friends called me, Fern. I was born in BKK, Thailand at Ramatibodi hospital on January 27, 1990. My parents was a government official and have a small business. I am a second child I have 1 older brother and 1 younger brother. I graduated from Triamudom Suksa High School and now I'm studying at Thammasat University in the faculty of journalism and mass communication on the second year. My name is Bow. I'm a freshman at Chulalongkorn University. I study in financial and accountancy faculty. I love this subject very much although it is very hard for me. My father is a policeman and my mother is a academic professor. I live in Sukumvit 50 Road, Bangkok. Now I study English at AUA because , when I graduate from the university, I want to study abroad. I have never been to Western country so I wish I study and travel together. Therefore, I think I should learn English more. My name is Whitney Williams. I was born in Asheville, NC USA. My mother was a teacher and my father ran our family's commercial printing business. I recently graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in May of 2008 with a BA in Anthropology.
I am now living in Bkk, Thailand and teaching English at AUA. I first came to Thailand around 2 years ago as an exchange student at Mahidol University. Since that time I have fallen in love with this country's culture and people.
